Required Competencies :

Work Experience - 8+ Years of Relevant Work Experience within L&D discipline. Should have had exposure in HR, Operations, Content development or V&A

Knowledge/Qualifications - Good Communication Skills, Sound excel and PowerPoint skills, L&D related additional certifications, Psycho-metric tests knowledge/certification

Capabilities - Excellent communication skills, Excellent Training capabilities, Interpersonal Skills, Lead Initiatives, Collaborate with various functions/teams, Project Management (Planning & Execution Skills)

Special Role (Customer Specific Requirement) - Interaction with BU/EU spocs & BU-HR regularly, Interacting with LA team across locations on a regular basis, Maintain and observe WNS's internal control standards, implement and ensure WNS Values and Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators.

Key Accountabilities :

1. Building customized business aligned learning solutions

2. Manage Sr. Stakheolder reviews, discussion and expectations

3. Understands Industry, Market & best practices to leverage & apply learning frameworks

4. Understand business challenges, create solutions & implement for kirpatrick impact

5. Work on vertical level or enterprise level projects beyond scope of daily BAU responsibility

6. Work amicably with various entities like business leaders, HR, Learning Academy team members within India and outside etc

7. Facilitate workshops for senior group & general managers

Job Responsibilities :

1. Implement and execute trainings and interventions based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to align business and individual needs for the organization.

2. Will be aligned to a vertical and/or horizontal - meeting all training needs of it by collaborating with other trainers, engage with BU

3. Delivering workshops across roles/levels

4. Ideating, conceptualizing and Implementing Innovative learning initiatives

5. Coordinate and deliver various value added programs/initiatives based on needs expressed by business

6. Attend skill development programs, eg facilitation and other appropriate advanced facilitation/trainer skills programs

7. Improving the Learning penetration target

8. Implement process and system improvements
