Job Description and Key accountability :
Offers - Domestic and International
- Ensure end-to-end offer fitment across WNS locations (for Role Band C & above cases)
- Prepare monthly MIS
Global Mobility :
- Ensure end-to-end movement of all expat, repatriation cases across WNS locations
- Ensure local law, visa, minimum wage requirement adherence for all mobility cases
- Prepare monthly MIS for all mobility cases
People Policies :
- Work extensively on formulating people policies, conduct market research, connect with internal/ external lawyers to ensure adherence to law, study and analyze and new proposal request
- Ensure updated information on existing legal practices, changes and amendments to local laws
- Prepare monthly MIS for all new and amended people policies
Strategic Projects :
- Work extensively and end-to-end on C&B related strategic projects
- Formulate and design approach note for all strategic projects
