Job Description & Key accountability :

- Domestic and International Offers

- Manage entire C&B process for Role Band B & above Domestic offers

- Prepare employment agreement, contract offer for Role Band C & above International offers

- Prepare monthly MIS for all offers

- People Policies

- Work extensively on formulating people policies, conduct market research, connect with internal/ external lawyers to ensure adherence to law, study and analyze and new proposal request

- Ensure updated information on existing legal practices, changes and amendments to local laws

- Prepare monthly MIS for all new and amended people policies

Required Competencies:

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent content/ writing skills

- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office

- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.

- Timeline driven

Years of Experience: Maximum 5 years
