Do note: - Position which will help the individual learn the nuances from fundraising to hiring an outstanding team to guide businesses from around the world to expand their communications in India. - Understanding the vision, setting up processes, hiring the right skill sets with the core team, pushing the loose ends to ensure an amazing customer experience Project/Program management: - Work with founders and core team (an alum of IIT, IIM, SRCC and MICA) on critical projects which are essential for the growth of the businesses Ensure end to end management of projects involved in: - Create and manage Investor MIS - Be involved in key meetings with the founders - within the office and outside, with VCs, Startup Founders, Fortune 500 decision-makers and more - Willing to network with industry bodies, cohorts and groups to create win-win partnerships - With a sound understanding of business management and fundamentals of operations, help bring the right decisions to the table - Be flexible enough to switch projects and assignments as per the need of the company - Be willing to travel extensively for short terms and long terms within and outside of the country Team and Culture Management: - Understand the company's culture, ethos and be the best ambassador within and outside the office - Being in charge of any customer communication coming in through the product - Stakeholder management - Be able to socialise with one of the most powerful people of the Tech ecosystem Qualifications: - Graduate / Post Graduate (preferred from from IIT/ IIM/ ISB/ SRCC) - At least 3-year experience as an entrepreneur or in a startup - Great temperament is a must - A generalist mindset with experience and ability to participate in different areas - A hustler, executor and who is able to sift through the chaos and take decisions Additional Information: Wizikey encourages and celebrates entrepreneurial culture.
