Job Description : - Team Management - Managing a team of 2 people directly and upto 10 people, indirectly, of the field media onboarding team - Work with Tech and Success team to ensure successful onboarding of media houses, media, influencers, and more is done on Wizikey in the timely manner - Ensure media is engaged with Wizikey via activities, news and updates about the customers and key clients relevant to them - Work with Tech team to bolster the process of media onboarding at the national level - Set up and create processes for the entire team as well as with the other relevant teams like Product, Success and Sales to ensure great experience to brands as well as media influencers Qualifications : - Minimum 5 years experience - Engineering or MBA from tier 1 or tier 2 college is a mandatory - Past experience in startups or FMCG companies would be considered a bonus - Great analytical skills - Experience of handling team Additional Information : Band: Wizikey: CatMan (national) A
