- As a Performance Marketing Leader, you will design and execute creative strategies and marketing campaigns to drive overall business growth, lifting conversion rates and engagement.
- This would involve rapidly scaling current opportunities and generating new ideas that can grow into long term revenues drivers.
- You will come up with authentic, compelling and differentiating marketing strategy for acquisition of new customers and retention of existing customers.
- You will be working across paid user acquisition channels including digital platforms and use your analytical skills to improve the performance of the campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute, strategy and optimisation of Digital Media.
- Responsible for managing and optimising user acquisition campaigns.
- Ensure unified messaging, consistent branding, and collaboration across all marketing and communication strategies.
- Develop and own, budget reporting, and plan for each of the initiates.
- Buy and track the various acquisition channels with a strong emphasis on performance-based user acquisition strategies.
- Analyse data from A/B tests to provide insights, meaningful suggestions, and recommendations on action items.
- Analyse ROI of all campaigns, manage and scrutinise campaign results to determine how best to allocate budget to continuously improve user acquisition results.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration related field
- 7+ years- experience in user acquisition, mobile media buying or performance marketing focusing on mobile games or apps.
- Should be instrumental in managing paid marketing campaigns with average monthly budgets of Rs. 5 Crores and above.
- Hands on performance marketing experience (search, paid social, display, etc.) setting up and managing large scale marketing programs
- Understand the role of analytics in order to drive effective marketing ROI
- Effective collaborator, communicator and influencer at all levels, including senior leadership level
- Ability to work in cross functional teams
- Prior experience similar to our business would be an advantage.
