Job Title : Talent Acquisition Manager Experience : 15+ years Location : Narsapura, Kolar Notice Period : Immediate Job Description : - Managing and engagement with the search partners to ensure the quality of recruitment is conducted in most effective way. - Analysis of quality of performance of the partners and providing them with detailed feedback and taking actions accordingly. - Understanding the various sectors segments of the organisation and creating alternative target search sectors segments in absence of the companies in a particular sector. - Create and conduct a quality based Recruitment and Induction process with clear defined responsibilities and expected outcomes. - Educate the hiring managers supervisors on the recruitment process, to ensure calibration and process efficiency. Work with them on the JD creating and fine tuning. - Conduct in depth personal interviews for understanding motivation drivers of the individual candidate and assess the fitment of the individual to the values of organisation - Market intelligence on the compensation of the positions across sectors and positions. - Interaction, providing support and managing the international hiring managers on the recruitment of positions. - Working with consultants and device methods to create a positive impact and attract potential talent for the company.
