Job Profile :

- We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to run and grow Customer Success at Wishup with a focus on customer retention (such as on-boarding, relationship building, troubleshooting) and outcomes (such as renewals & up-sell)

- The role would require working in the US time zone

Roles & Responsibilities :

As Customer Success Manager, you will:

- Manage the Client Success for US markets

- Deliver revenue growth and customer delight of our client accounts

- Drive retention of existing client portfolio

- Be responsible for building & nurturing relations with clients & key personnel within client companies

- Generate sales among client accounts, including up-selling and cross-selling

You're a great fit if you have:

- 4+ years of related experience in leading customer-facing organizations

- Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, patience, and a high degree of emotional intelligence

- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building

- Experience in meeting and exceeding operational performance goals

- Experience dealing with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal English communication skills

Job Prerequisites:

- High-speed internet connection

- Laptop with an integrated camera and a pair of headphones

- Distraction-free workspace with zero external interference
