Job Profile :

- We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of formulating and executing digital marketing strategies for B2B SaaS or services companies

- This role requires taking ownership of developing the company's marketing strategy, managing all activities within the marketing department, and overseeing marketing budgets

- The role is remote and full-time

Roles & Responsibilities :

As Head of Marketing, you will :

- Develop, execute and manage digital marketing strategies for US markets

- Manage all aspects of current and future digital marketing and media, including marketing database, website, search engine optimization, display advertising, social marketing, and email marketing

- Build the Wishup brand in the digital space and drive brand awareness in the market

- Define strategic roadmaps and deploy digital solutions across paid, owned, and earned channels

- Lead and manage hands-on marketing campaigns across digital channels such as Google Adwords, Facebook, and LinkedIn

- Increase market share through the design and implementation of an aggressive marketing plan based on thorough analysis and evaluation of the market

- Measure the performance of all activities and campaigns, assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs), and adjust strategy & activities to achieve them

- Manage the online reputation of Wishup

- Collaborate with internal team to create landing page and optimize the user experience

- Drive online growth strategy, drive partnership and sales across the marketplace

- Build, train, and lead a world-class marketing team

You're a great fit if you have :

- 7+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly with B2B SaaS

- Expert knowledge of Ad-words, Re-marketing & Facebook Ads for optimized ad campaigns

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

- Good design sense; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (or similar) a plus

- Experience in leading a marketing team to meet and exceed performance goals

- Experience dealing with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including metrics-driven thinking

- Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal English communication skills
