Our flagship product is the Wishbook B2B Mobile & Web App, allowing apparel & fashion manufacturers & dealers to share new product releases, orders & track salesmen. The product combines years of experience at IIT, MIT, Google & textile industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

The aim of this function is to own the B2B Marketplace KRAs, driving fast adoption & growth. Specific roles include:

1. Driving the Marketplace usage, orders & operational excellence - including timely dispatch of orders, handling of inquiries & general buyer satisfaction.

2. Special attention to seller side metrics - including prompt seller side followup processes overlapping back office support & field seller engagement team.

3. Running & setting systems / processes for Marketplace processes - including lead, enquiry & order management. Handling all the operational issues across multiple locations, meeting the SLAs, and getting optimal performances from the team.

4. Work with technology & IT team for setting up these systems & processes, including existing software integrations.

Required Background

1. At least 6 years of experience, preferably a lot of it in building a large scale eCommerce or Classified marketplace or category operations, preferably in early stage & in a very process oriented way.

2. Ability to flesh out processes, KRAs, trackers report quickly & effectively - and work with the team to implement the systems & processes. Strong analytical & problem skills.

3. Strong internal & external communication skills in Hindi & English.

4. High level of self-motivation to take up the KRAs & push them.

5. Ability to analyse data in Excel, and have tough conversations with the team to push them.
