Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of business executives to deliver on sales quotas.

- Ensure accurate, timely & appropriate usage of CRM tools by the sales team and guide them to develop the Sales Pipeline and improve Sales Productivity Metrics (MQLs, SQLs, ATS, CR, LTV, etc.).

- Activate new revenue generation channels to grow the business i.e., referrals, outbound, collaboration, create standardized service offerings, enter a new market segment, etc.

- Ability to interpret data & engage in meaningful conversations with team members to drive results.

- Develop a deep domain understanding of customers, markets, cohorts & collaborate with marketing team to drive targeted and highly effective demand generation activities.

- Responsible for defining & driving the pricing strategy, recruitment & training plans, sales processes for the business vertical.

- Work with the team to derive maximum LTV from each client through CRM initiatives and focused approach to upselling and cross-selling.

- Ability to network and positively influence key stakeholders in the WordPress ecosystem for favourable consideration of WisdmLabs.

- Ensure the customer journey is clearly mapped and all relevant touch points are appropriately covered to provide a seamless customer experience from pre-sales to delivery.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent. MBA preferred.

- Gender is not a bar for a suitable candidate.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in B2B Sales/Business Development.

- Prior exposure to managing a team is preferred but not mandatory.

- Experience in selling 'Services' to SMB clients across US, Europe geographies is an advantage

- Familiar with WordPress, E-Commerce & E-Learning domains.
