Responsibilities
People Management:
a. Leading & Managing a cross-functional team. To keep the team charged and motivated.
b. Performance Management - To drive the team to achieve team goals & monitoring performance of team members
- Develop and manage an effective channel.
- Achieve business plan for the specified area of operation / customer markets
- Process flow & implementation to improve effectiveness of the team
- Ensuring market development
a. Formulating & implementing promotional plan for defined area of operation
b. Networking & building relations with key specifiers and customer of this Area
- Mapping and evaluating - Lead Generation & conversion for his team members and his area of operation
- Drive customer acquisition & Large deals
- Monitoring & complying to the working capital norms of the business

- Should be a team player and comfortable working in teams

- Relevant experience of 13 to 16 years of B2B Sales with exposure to Channel Sales.
- Prior experience of leading a team.
- Good leadership skills.
- Strong on planning & organizing skills
- Should be persuasive and high on initiative.
- He should posses good problem solving skills
- Should be strong on networking skills & also on analytical skills
- Should be able to handle pressure situations well
- Graduate Engineer with MBA.
