- As a Vertical Delivery Head, you are responsible for Delivery Management of Vertical comprising multiple Small Business Units / Technology Units through strategic planning & alignment of units with broader organizational business strategy. - You should have extensive knowledge of major segments in the organization and knowledge of several disciplines and ability to integrate critical information from many diverse areas. - You are responsible for developing appropriate processes and road map for the Business Unit. You are responsible for delivering solutions and responses to new opportunities and for large opportunities from existing accounts. - You are expected to actively contribute to strategy planning at corporate level. You should be able to champion and implement policies at a vertical level. You should be able to persuade key decision makers and manage strategic communication.
