Key Responsibilities : - To engage with the CDO and CXO's in organisations and gain credibility through Digital thought leadership and deep expertise in digital transformation. - Help CDO's in client organizations to build a business case for digital transformation with benefits tracking mechanism. - Ability to bring sector specific transformative digital offerings and articulate business value it will deliver to CXO's within the organization. - Influence sales, through engaging with clients and by bringing in credibility to the Wipro Digital Value prop - Establish connect with executives across industries and analyst community and drive digital themes - Strong Domain experience in Specific industry Verticals with demonstrated experience in either one of them of Govt, ENU, Banking, Retail, Healthcare and others - Adopt consultative approach to work with and tie up Business outcomes with Digital Transformation. - Experience in leading digital transformation programs which include technology, business strategy and human centric design dimensions - To engage in solution shaping, program orchestration and delivery assurance for digital programs - Set and meet client expectations, educate the client about new ways of working and hence the associated program construct. - Strength in one or more Digital enabling areas like Bi-Modal IT, Microservices Architecture, Block Chain, AI, IoT . Experience : - Individual should be part of large transformation opportunities for the last 4 years - Should have 15 - 20 plus years of experience with focus on consulting and customer management - Should be well versed with agile methodologies, DevOps - Good understanding of the digital technologies, enterprise architecture - Good knowledge about at-least 1 sector like Govt, BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail and others What's in it for you : - Be a Digital Business leader with P&L responsibility and ability to directly engage with CDO's and CXO in your sector in setting up Transformation opportunities. - Be recognized as a Digital thought leader.
