Job Description :
Account Delivery Head :
- As an Account Delivery Head (ADH), you will be responsible for the delivery of a Mega Gama account and also being a focal point for Wipro's delivery to a large Telco client.
- Responsible for leading an account with high complexity involving managed services, Product Engineering and IT Program Delivery, represent us and deal with CXO/SVP of the client organization.
- You will be accountable for delivery excellence, customer delight, and employee satisfaction within the account and responsible for grooming competency in line with customer roadmap.
- Responsible for meeting financial objectives of the account, mining the account, improve the key parameters for the account to improve the margins, COD.
- Responsible for planning and delivery - quality compliance, resource economic utilization and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for relationship building with customer project managers and key stakeholders within the account and responsible for customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for people processes in the account, employee attrition rate, people and competency development and engagement
- Collaborate and interact with client engagement managers, delivery managers from Wipro and Client side CXOs
- Ownership of Managed Services Operations, SLAs/KPIs, Collaboration within Applications & Infrastructure teams, People
Certifications & Assessments, Audits :
- Internal - Cleared the ADH assessment
- Domain certifications
- PMI certifications
Domain specialization :
- Deep understanding of Telecom Service Provider domain and good understanding of OSS/BSS, Data Center setup, ERP, BI and should be able to appreciate customer's business.
- Knowledge of new technologies, platforms, Open Source tools, products, and their respective applications.
- Experience to drive Automation for repetitive tasks.
- Total knowledge of delivery management, various delivery models etc.
- Deep understanding of the delivery life cycle
- Awareness of global industry trends and directions and its impact on IT services
Skills & Experience :
- Large Program and Portfolio management
- Onsite experience in a client-facing role
- Handling teams in multiple Geos
- Solutions, experience of managed services
- In-depth understanding of the SDLC
- Telecom Service Provider, Enterprise, IT-Telco
- Experience in domain/industry
- Delivery management for Onsite-Offshore location
- Exposure to sales and customer relationship management
