Job Skill -
- Post-graduate degree in Management.
- 10-12 years of professional experience in IT industry in the domain of CRM technologies, Sales/consulting, Business analysis, process engineering, SMAC Concepts.
- Experience in architecting and designing solutions on Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
- Good understanding of MS Dynamics data architecture and integration APIs.
- Experience in designing digital mobile based solutions on MS Dynamics platform.
- Experience in Requirements Gathering, Analysis and Sales system Design, Program Management and Change Management.
