Wipro - Solution Architect (10-16 yrs)
Role Description:
- Work with the front end sales team to understand the technical and business requirements of Telecom service providers.
- Translate the requirements into technical solution.
- Support front end sales team in solution preparation, presentation and defense.
- Understand the emerging trends in Telecom industry and identify key solution offering specific to BSS/OSS
- Work with BSS domain leads and service line owners to understand their offering and leverage their offerings for Telecom service providers
- Provide thought leadership and technical support to sales and delivery teams.
- Create assets around domain specific offerings, solutions, trainings, white papers and standards body presentations
- Around 10 years of Telecom domain experience with specific focus on BSS/OSS
- In depth understanding eTOM process relevant to Telcom service provider business with major focus on customer, sales and partner experience
- In depth understanding of BSS applications and systems with relevance to Telecom service provider business
- Hands on experience in the past in one of the leading BSS products
- Operational experience in the CSP business is desirable
Education : BE/BTech/MCA
Duration in the current role: At least 2 years
