Job Description :

- Must have experience in Healthcare Presales /domain led service delivery with good track record of managing the operations.

- Creation/Responding to RFPs, RFIs and experience in BD

- Experience in Healthcare domain presales; in service area like CRO/BPO/KPO and have strong understanding of major markets like US, EU and APAC

- 8 -12 yrs. of Healthcare domain experience

- Experience in liaising with sales, Solutions & delivery teams

- Prior experience in conceptualizing and building new business practices / service lines in Healthcare domain

- Should be well versed with macro environment of the Healthcare Industry

- Should have in depth understanding of various pricing models/ benchmark prices and industry benchmark metrics prevailing in the Healthcare BPO

- Creating customized Healthcare value proposition for customers

- Prior experience in identifying, evaluating and building new alliance partnerships in Healthcare

- Experience in dealing with multiple stake holders in a large organization

- Experience of managing delivery metrics in Healthcare

- Experience in managing reporting to internal & external/client strategic stakeholders

- Experience of evaluating vendors

- Experience in managing process improvement/excellence initiatives
