Senior Manager - Americas Geo Compensation & Benefits
- Formulate and execute the compensation and benefits philosophy for Americas region
- Act as a consultant for HR business partners focused on problem solving in compensation or benefits related areas
- Stay abreast of all major contemporary compensation related issues, local labour laws, regulations, competition benchmarks, etc.
- Drive large organization wide processes which cover increments, progressions and bonus cycles
- Benchmarking salary levels and assessing grids periodically and advise and consult with HR Business partners and the Geo HR on the basis of the findings
- Actively manage the benefits space and work on ensuring that Wipro continues to lead in this area amongst its peers
- Manage compliance related aspects by liaising with the tax and the legal teams on an on-going basis
Skills and Experience :
- Have an established track record of being someone who can work independently and an ability to work with various stakeholders in the HR, Finance, Legal space in solving complex problems in this area
- Excellent communication skills
- Very keen problem solver
- Great analytical skills
