- Senior legal executive/Associate Corporate Counsel will be an integral member of the corporate legal and compliance team and will be responsible for the review, negotiation, implementation and on-going management of company's procurement contracts, including nondisclosure agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, finance related documents, loan agreements, channel and OEM agreements, consulting agreements, marketing and sales agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable laws.&nbsp; - This individual will be involved in entire contract lifecycle including, initiation of requests, corporate review, final approval, archive and status reporting. This individual will be a resource for the central procurement organization and will be supporting all procurement transactions in US, APAC, Europe, Middle-east and India. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Management of corporate contract process from request, review, approval, signature and archival; - Participate in contract drafting, review and negotiations with internal clients, vendors, and potential third party business partners; - Assist with administrative procedures as needed to facilitate timely and responsible processing of contract documentation; - Prepare regular reports regarding contract status, compliance, modifications/amendments, etc. to review with senior management personnel; - Respond to legal queries regarding contract terms and conditions, and contract processing requirements and guidelines; - Provide corporate wide training on contract related matters; - Lead implementation of an automated contract management system, create new contract templates, assist with legal research; - Working on ad-hoc projects for the legal team including streamlining/reviewing system/process/ SOP etc, creating templates for agreements etc.; - Co-ordinate and work with multiple teams within the organization including inter-function and intra-function REQUIREMENTS: - Law degree, BA-LLB/BSL-LLB [5 year integrated course] - 2-3 years of relevant contracts experience - Strong drafting and negotiating skills, expertise in handling multiple kind of contracts; commercial deal making skills and strong advocacy skills. - Strong presentation skills including proficiency of power point and such other tools. - Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills. - Senior legal executive/Associate Corporate Counsel will be an integral member of the corporate legal and compliance team and will be responsible for the review, negotiation, implementation and on-going management of company's procurement contracts, including nondisclosure agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, finance related documents, loan agreements, channel and OEM agreements, consulting agreements, marketing and sales agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable laws.&nbsp; - This individual will be involved in entire contract lifecycle including, initiation of requests, corporate review, final approval, archive and status reporting.
