Required Skills -

- Has about 18-20 years of robust experience managing operations for U.S. and/or European Asset Management client with broad Investment Management industry experience, particularly around corporate actions, index tracking and stock markets with specialty in fixed income portfolio with asset classes such as like Credit Bonds, CLOs (Collateralized Loan Obligations), CDOs (Collateralized Debt Obligation), Credit derivatives, RMBS, CMBS, Syndicated Loans, Whole loans, Bank Loans CDS (Credit Default Swaps), Total Return Swaps (TRS), IRS (Interest Rate Swaps), Brazilian Bonds.

- Sound understanding of pricing and reference data management.

- Background in Fixed Income Portfolio Performance Measurement & Attribution processes

- Has been responsible for managing high performing teams responsible for Cash Management, daily TLM Reconciliations, Research and Postings for all Fixed Income Products in multiple middle office and back office Applications.

- Understands CLO Trade life cycle starting from purchase of collateral, managing it and redeeming to the Investors. Has in depth knowledge about the Debt and Equity Tranches in CLO and its Waterfall Mechanism.

- Has had hands on experience on multiple Applications like DebtX, IHS Markit(WSO), OMGEO, CTM, Investone, Trioptima, CloudMargin (Collateral Management platform), ALADDIN.

- Has exposure to preparation, review of SSAE16 reports.

- Has total work experience of 18-20 years in U.S. and/or European Asset Management industry.
