Job Description:

Quality Manager:

- Manager in the Quality function with good knowledge in IT Infrastructure, ITIL, Cloud, Data Center, Project management & Automation skills.

- The responsibilities include Reviewing all the IT solution to ensure it is feasible to meet the commitment, External Tools evaluation, Giving Consultancy on Infrastructure issues, IT process implementation, Identify & mitigate gaps, driving Process improvements by leveraging Lean & Six Sigma.

- Accountability of delivering improved client satisfaction, matured IT practices and reduced cost of operation

Location: Anywhere in Delhi/Pune/Hyd/Chennai

Skill (Primary): IT Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, Data Center, Software Quality Assurance, Six Sigma, Lean, Project Management, ITIL, Automation

Skill (Secondary): SDLC, IT application management, Vendor Management Process, Knowledge of Product management,

Desirable certification: CISA, Six Sigma BB, Lean Facilitator, ITIL Intermediate/ Foundation, ISO 9K, 20K, 27K lead auditor, PMP/ Prince2, CMMI

Other desirable skills: Good Communication Skill, Self-Driven, Go-Getter attitude, Proactive, Thinking Out of the Box

Deliverables:

- Solution review and risk identification wrt Infrastructure and Automation Commitment

- Perform process reviews/ audit based on ITIL framework

- Liaison with infrastructure team, business and quality team to resolve all the IT infrastructure issues

- Build Automation Framework for All the Processes

- Support organization in external audit - ISO 9K, 20K, CMMI etc.
