JSenior legal executive/Associate Corporate Counsel will be an integral member of the corporate legal and compliance team and will be responsible for the review, negotiation, implementation and on-going management of company's procurement contracts, including nondisclosure agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, finance related documents, loan agreements, channel and OEM agreements, consulting agreements, marketing and sales agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable laws. This individual will be involved in entire contract lifecycle including, initiation of requests, corporate review, final approval, archive and status reporting.
