- Presales Subject Matter Expert having 10+ years of Experience for Financial Services domain. - Create out-of-the-box solutions &amp; service offerings targeted for Banking, Insurance and Capital markets; work passionately on multiple proposals, drive diverse teams and stakeholders across the organization to deliver on proposals and proactive pitches. - In addition, the role requires building a Go-to-Market WIN strategy and drive business growth. Support RFI / RFP responses working closely with Sales &amp; Technology teams within IES - Shape opportunities in areas such as Mobility, Payments, Switching, Cloud engineering, System &amp; platform engineering, IOT, Analytics, DevOps, Microservices, Tandem, ATM/POS etc. - Build PoV (point of view), Thought leadership in Engineering domain relevant to FS - Work closely with Vertical teams in understanding customer pain points and proactively build Engineering solutions / service offerings for FS domain - Responsible in shaping pipeline and Order book working closely with account teams and front-end IES sales team. Will own stretched targets for order book, revenue and opportunity pipeline. - Support delivery teams in building right competencies targeted to Financial services domain around engineering skills - Support and Drive in building and managing IES IPs in FS domain - Put together commercial constructs &amp; business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals. - Engage in dialogue with bankers, insurance experts and senior management VPs, CXOs, Heads of business units in Financial Services Organizations - Presales Subject Matter Expert having 10+ years of Experience for Retail / wholesale Banking, Insurance and/or Capital Markets. - Experience in presales or business development and strong understanding of Financial Services domain and technology prowess in new age solutions to drive transformation are a must for this role. - Person with prior experience as a BA (Business Analyst) in banking or insurance who has good understanding of FS domain, can articulate the business needs into technology requirements and propose unique solutions. - He / She need to have the knack for creating out-of-the-box solutions, passion for presales and understand Sales cycles in IT. - In addition, the role requires good understanding of market needs for US Geo. - Person with good business acumen who understands nuances of FS domain and can propose a financially viable solution for clients - Should have very good writing skills and presentation skills. Good communication skills are a must. - FS domain knowledge &amp; experience (Banking/Insurance/Capital Markets) - Sales / Presales experience in IT solutions &amp; services - Excellent Writing, presentation &amp; communication skills - Knowledge in multiple technologies (IOT, Cloud, Analytics, Platform Solns.
