The candidate should have good grasp of at least one of the line of businesses and know-how about the latest technology trends with regards to Customer Experience, RPA, Workflow Management and Analytics. Managing CXO level clients and internal stakeholders is critical to succeed in this role clubbed with excellent presentation skills.  Skills Required & Role :  Transformation analysts expected to develop strategy on business transformation using various technology tools. They are expected to have expertise in BPMS tools, RPA, Analytics and Product development and use these to determine what strategy is the most optimized for the industry and for the client.   This role is a client facing responsibility which requires the following:  - Experience in leading solution proposals for complex and large RFP/RFIs related to analytics & digital transformation   - A decent understanding of the technology trends   - Ability to work on key drivers, challenges identification and solution conceptualization for proposal  - Understanding customer competition, partner and solution landscape and providing strategic inputs for bid response and controlling the flow and approach  - Participation and contribution for win strategy for RFP/RFI during proposal stage and solution design phase  - Understanding of business platforms, analytical tools, automation, Applied Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies such as Big Data and Blockchain. Closely work with functional and domain experts and translate how technology can solve a business problem across verticals and service lines  - Should be able to think through existing technology solutions and also have enough industry/market know how to bring in technologies from partners and develop alliances  - Develop solution artefacts, value propositions with a representation of end to end business processes and mapping them back to technology solutions  - He/she works as an individual contributor with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and is able to respond to RFI/RFP and defend /present solutions with Client while working closely with the onsite Sales teams.
