Operations Manager Job Description : - End to End ownership of Delivery Operations covering Revenue and Execution Margin - Work closely with Delivery teams for Revenue and BHC Net Add Projection for each QTR and Track the actuals against the same. - Have a complete view of the cost structure for the Delivery unit and Identify areas of improvement and actions for improvement. - Ownership of the Execution Margin projection for DU every QTR and tracking to the same. - Works with WMG to plan supply for each QTR and Manage Onsite/Offshore bench - Works with Finance to set up EM targets for Delivery Heads in IES, track the Support and Investment budgets - Keen eye for numbers and Excellent analytical skills to validate all the data, to develop trends and bring out insights from past data - Owns the SAP structure of the SL and ensures that right cost is sitting in the right cost centers. Ensures the sanity of the Org Structure at all times. - Support the Practice Teams on tracking Digital/Cloud Theme revenue - Should drive with individual units the target metrics for Bench, Fresher Ratio and other key operational parameters.
