Strong SAP Application Presales Background. Responsible for Solutioning, Estimations for Managed Services engagements. The role will work collaboratively across multiple global teams of business stakeholders and Offshore service teams to successfully deliver innovative ideas and continual service improvement required for solutioning.

- Experience in IT Service Management best practice (ITIL Framework)

- Candidate should possess strong analytical, creative, evaluative and problem-solving abilities

- Oral and written communication skills are key, especially when dealing with corporate executives and colleagues.

- A motivated team player to work as part of the team to meet deadlines.
