Manager - Pre-Sales - SFDC

Proficient in SaaS CRM technologies, especially SFDC


Must have 8 - 10 years of proven experience in consulting, implementing or delivering SFDC and Lightning solutions


- Knowledge on design and development of custom solutions on the force.com platform including significant work in Apex, VisualForce, application integration and data migration


- Participate with teams of technical staff and business managers or practitioners in the business unit to determine Salesforce fit, systems requirements and functionalities needed in a Salesforce development project Consulting – covering all aspects; including presales and supporting the sales team, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation and training of end users utilizing primarily SFDC Lightning and SFDC.


- Able to 'technically' build and present tailored presentations (POCs) and software demonstrations to potential and existing clients


- Good Functional and technical feasibility of SFDC Lightning and SFDC.


- Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to customers


- Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.


- To provide tailored online and face-to-face software demonstrations of SFDC Lightning or SFDC solutions.


- To understand the business processes of professional services firms and to translate customer requirements into workable software solutions


- Provide comprehensive support of the sales process, assisting sales executives with any aspects of the sales process, including but not limited to opportunity qualification, relationship building, due diligence and requirements gathering, demos, RFPs, sales collateral creation, work orders and deal closure


- Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions


- Develops and manages relationships in strategic markets and accounts including building customer networks, especially with C-levels and senior executives


- Attending meetings with business development managers and acting as a technical expert


- Participate in the entire sales and implementation lifecycle; from helping to secure the sale and delivery of the solution to 

ensuring that sales turn into successful client projects


- Robust, compelling communication skills and ability to clearly demonstrate software solutions across a range of technical and business users (Operations to Executive Level)


- Experience in writing proposals, solution definition documents and general product documentation


- Quality Assurance & Documentation
