Wipro Limited - Manager - Quality (10-15 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for mentoring & driving the AQM performance across multiple accounts
- Responsible for driving continual improvement projects for identified programs and Functions for IMS using 6 Sigma & Lean frameworks
- Interact with customer to understand concerns and expectations across the region and implement action plans
- Drive SLA/KPI performance along with Delivery
- Monitor, track and report on RCA, corrective and preventive action for performance deviation for all the critical metrics
- Drive CSAT surveys for the region
- Drive High impact themes for the region
- Drive Audit & Compliance for the region using ISO 20K and ITIL
- Drive CMMI SVC for the region, level 3 & HM practices
- Conduct regional Governance reviews
- Provide Project & Process Management expertise to the Account(s)
Skill Sets:
Must Have
- 10 -15 years of experience in a Quality & delivery role and out of which minimum of 5 years in a Quality Role
- Should have managed a team of >10 people
- Good knowledge of Quality Standards like ISO 9K, ISO 20K & CMMI-SVC
- Working knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen
- Strong knowledge on ITIL best practices and Managed Services
- Good in Excel, Word and Power Point
- ITIL V3 Intermediate certified
- Six Sigma GB/ BB certified, with minimal 2 -3 GB projects completion independently
- Good knowledge and hands-on on Minitab and statistical tools
- Excellent communication in English; Should be able to handle conflict resolution; Good negotiation skills
- People Management; Working in synergy with cross functional teams
