Workforce Transformation Lead Job Description : Band : B3/C1 - Tech BU continues to serve clients in transforming business models, products, services and business processes, by harnessing the power of digital. The person should have good understanding of delivery, talent and analytics. - Will be the lynch pin to enable increased digital footprint for the BU. Will achieve this by enabling analytics of digital Sow, create predictive models. Work with cross functional team, to enable achievement of set target. Create insights, to track progress of various units for digital penetration. - Enable workforce transformation by creating roadmap, baseline & track digital skills with, T & Pi talent framework. Work with competency, training department to increase availability of foundation, I, T & Pi talent within the BU. Organize floor walks, communication, campaign, build SOP, templates, guidelines videos for various accounts. - Work through demand analytics, to identify proactively and be the catalyst with account teams to enable faster availability of talent across channels. Work with Topgear, Topcoder platform for gig adoption in Tech BU. - Will enable holistic achievement of digital objectives using demand analytics, workforce transformation & work across sales, delivery & functional teams. Skills required : - Understanding of Wipro eco system.
