ROLE : Growth Strategy & Technology Partnerships Lead

BU/Practice : EOT (Enterprise Operations Transformation), Wipro Limited

Job Summary : Wipro Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, and Growth Strategy & Technology Partnership Leaders. This role requires to closely work with internal stakeholders and demands an individual who is agile and can help the BU grow with strong collaboration with various Sales and Delivery Team Members.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Define the product Go-To-Market Strategy and Value Proposition Development. Generate growth opportunities by devising and executing multi-channel strategies with business leaders & technology partners.

- Manage Wipro's participation in industry events end-to-end that includes brand visibility, engagement and lead generation strategies, theme, message, communications, design, and vendor interactions

- Coordination and working with Business Unit Heads, Sales Heads, Delivery Heads, Strategic Technology Partners to support large ongoing opportunities and create new via Demand Generation strategies.

- The person should be adept in latest next gen and emerging technologies encompassing intelligent automation, advanced analytics and multi cloud platforms

- Build high-impact internal and customer-facing artefacts and collaterals including case studies, customer videos, POVs, playbooks and customer profiles that demonstrate the value and rare advantage of our products.

- Develop content for client collaterals, presentations, customer journey stories, heatmaps, value driver trees, and business value accelerators (BVAs).

- Thought Leadership - Invent Point-of-view (POV) papers and blogs. Conduct various relevant industry events to demonstrate thought leadership and gain mindshare

- Manage key influencers like analysts and advisors to engage effectively and achieve high media share-of-voice and analyst endorsements. Develop strong analyst relations, handle interactions with Analysts Firms & ensure Wipro's position in top Leadership Quadrants.

- Enhance BU positioning (internal & external) by creating unique vale propositions & elevator pitches for differentiated communication with clients & influencers especially including service offering content generation on various digital eminence platforms.

Role Demands :

- Broad overall business acumen, industry knowledge, knowledge of Wipro's areas of business

- The person should be adept in latest next gen and emerging technologies encompassing intelligent automation, advanced analytics and multi cloud platforms

- Understanding and ability to originate and apply management and growth strategy concepts

- Ability to manage and build relationships in a matrixed organizational environment

- Ability to work autonomously and independently, yet integrate appropriately with other areas within BU

- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholder

- Ability to develop and apply creative solutions to complex issues

- High attention to detail and quality control

Experience and skill set required :

- MANDATORY - Understanding of next gen technologies - RPA, AI, ML, Cloud, Analytics, BPM

- MANDATORY - Proven experience in Technology Companies (GSIs/ Product Companies)

- MANDATORY - B.Tech & MBA from premier B-School

- MANDATORY - Post MBA 2-6 years of experience
