Wipro - Internal Auditor

DESIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES : 

- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required

- An appropriate certification in accounting and/or auditing is preferred, including a CPA, CA, MBA and/or CIA (or equivalent)

- Knowledge of US GAAP, COSO 2013, PCAOB Auditing Standards, Sarbanes-Oxley, risk and controls standards and business process best practices

- Understanding of Asset Management (RIA/Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Real Estate products)

- Ability to summarize exceptions, identify deficiencies and develop recommendations

- Familiarity with financial and accounting reporting systems and audit software is a plus

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Strong technical, analytical, and excel/spreadsheet skills

SOFT SKILLS : 

- Ability to be proactive and take initiative

- Team player - energetic and enthusiastic

- Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration and presentation skills

- Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism

- Proven ability to perform under pressure and manage competing priorities

- Fluency in English (verbally and written) is a compulsory requirement

- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality in a variety of sensitive setting
