- Leads the design, implementation and overall operation of technology and systems for part of Record to Report function.

- Supervises the full spectrum of delivery activities on multiple development projects.

- Manages the stakeholders and support in area of Cost, Revenue, Billing, Taxation, Statutory Reporting, Book Closure process areas.

- Develops Strategy & Operations plan

- Develops reporting strategies to support R2R information needs

- Develops a roll-out plan for new applications and schedules upgrades

- Oversees IT support for mission-critical business areas

- Manages Manpower & non-manpower budgets

- Prioritizes projects and work to determine the best options for implementation; assigns project tasks within a supervised unit

- Ensures that applications comply with Organization security policies

- Participates in presentations for professional conferences. Communicates with other institutions on upgrades, projects and strategic needs.

- Directs various personnel functions including, but not limited to, hiring, merit recommendations, promotions, transfers, and vacation schedules.

- Manages budgetary functions and makes purchasing decisions for the unit. Performs similar or related duties as assigned or required.

- Product development experience is desirable

- Have hands-on experience in implementing packaged software

- Ability to design, analyze software problems including ability to go in detail where needed.

- Ability to determine, document and enforce effective project and people management practices.

- Experience in working with CMMI/ISO standards is required.

- Experience in Java/.Net technologies

- Knowledge of Mobility & Cloud is essential

- Knowledge of SAP FICO is preferred

- Data Modelling experience is preferred

- Understanding of R2R process is required

- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral)

- Guide and provide suggestions and adjustments as needed to deliver quality software within project scope and time frames

- Experience in translating technical information into language suitable for business (non-technical) users, peers or senior level management

- Proven ability to collaborate in a team environment including understanding and working effectively with teams in multiple locations

- Demonstrated ability and passion for leading technical teams in all aspects of the project lifecycle

- Understanding of strategic planning & budgeting
