- Wipro Foundation is scouting for a mature, sensitive individual with deep passion for education and the development sector, for their Head of Education Initiatives position.
- Between 15-20 years of overall experience ; while experience in working with issues of school education will be an advantage, the lack of this will not be seen as a disqualifier for internal candidates
- Must be a good learner having reflective, critical thinking skills . A crucial element of this - learnability- mindset will be the willingness to unlearn some of the past learnings and continuously assess what is relevant for this role
- Must have outstanding people skills i.e. the ability to build meaningful relationships with Wipro's partners, to collaborate internally with different teams and to build a healthy working atmosphere
- Must demonstrate sound leadership qualities that combine strategic thinking and operational effectiveness
- Must also be a very effective communicator, both verbal and written.
