Execute client projects on client locations ( onshore/offshore) cost reduction, customer experience improvement, process re-engineering, process improvement, workforce optimization
- Project planning, project management, change management at client locations, stakeholder management & communication
- Facilitating workshops, remote groups and leading process diagnostic for articulation of process issues and solution formulation
- Benchmarking processes, Management dashboard set up & building the best practices repository.
- Leverage business optimization & innovation tools & application for process re-engineering.
Qualification : MBA from Tier I institute
Skills :
- Six sigma Black belt certification(mandatory)
- Strong Problem solving tools/ analytical skills
- Good communication / interpersonal, facilitation skills ( oral, written)
- Minimum 4+years of experience
- Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma, trained or certified resources will be preferred
- Implemented continuous improvement projects (E.g., Pragatis)
- 4-8 years of Experience
- Exposure to quality tools VSM, Wastes, BPMS, Fishbone, FMEA
