About the profile: We are looking for an experienced Delivery Leaders who have handled delivery of large SAP practices, Mega Gama account or cluster of Key Growth You will be responsible for leading an account with high complexity involving managed services, large program delivery, represent us and deal with CXO/SVP of the client organization. You will be accountable for delivery excellence, customer delight, and employee satisfaction within the account and responsible for grooming competency in line with customer roadmap.

Responsibilities.

- Responsible for planning and delivery - quality compliance, resource economic utilization and customer satisfaction.

- Responsible for relationship building with customer and key stakeholders within the account and responsible for customer satisfaction.

- Responsible for people processes in the account, employee attrition rate, people and competency development and engagement

- Collaborate and interact with client engagement managers, delivery managers from Wipro and Client side CXOs

- Ownership of Operations, SLAs/KPIs, Collaboration, People management

Skills & Experience:

- Large Program and Portfolio management

- client-facing & customer management experience.

- Handling teams in multiple Geos

- Solutions, experience of applications & services

- In-depth understanding of the SDLC

- Delivery management for Onsite-Offshore location

- Exposure to sales and customer relationship management
