Wipro - Debt Reporting Role (1-3 yrs)

Job Responsibilities:

- Debt Management: Onboard and manage financings onto database working closely with Blackstone asset management team;

- Covenant Reporting: Work with multiple stakeholders across Asia-Pacific to collect reportable covenants and prepare a consolidated covenants report for Asia-Pacific financings;

- Covenants Preparation: Read through financing agreements & summaries, understand & maintain database of various covenants requirement and prepare & report bank covenants;

- Debt and Hedges compilation and reconciliation: Assist in compilation of quarterly debt and hedge positions by liaising with the service providers, Asset management teams;

- Debt database management: On boarding the quarterly debt data on to Chatham by co-ordinating with the Chatham team and replicating it on ilevel system, assist in doing a reconciliation between the 2 systems on a quarterly basis;

- Management reporting: Assist in Preparation of quarterly management dashboard against information on Debt balances by lenders/Projects, assist in the calculation of LTV/LTC/Debt Yield;

- Assist in preparation of hedge dashboard;

- Assist in preparation of refinancing analysis report, bi-weekly financing summary and investor specific debt reports for open-ended funds;

- Other reports as would be required as per business requirements

Required Skills:

- Candidate must be a, MBA/CA/CFA., with minimum 2 yrs. of work experience (preferred experience in debt reporting, asset/mortgage backed finance or underwriting process).

- Thorough knowledge of fundamentals of leveraging.

- Candidates with experience in real estate or private equity business preferred.

- Experience with working on financial accounting systems and backend tools such as the Chatham FMS System, ilevel and tableau would be an added advantage.

- Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word)

- The ability to effectively work as a team and possess strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, multitask and deliver under tight deadlines

- The profile involves effective communication across Clients- facilities globally and hence possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must.

- A demonstrated ability to write effectively and summarize large amounts of information succinctly and quickly.

- A desire to work in an international team environment, often under pressure and with multiple stakeholders
