JOB SUMMARY

As a Data Security Solutions Architect, you will provide expert level knowledge in defining and designing multiple Data Security solutions. Solution Architects will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, identifying gaps in the current state of solution landscape and developing integrated solutions to meet the requirements and the gaps.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

- The candidate will be primarily responsible for the design and implementation of Data security solutions in areas like DLP, DAM, Encryption, tokenization and masking

- Carry out research to gather and evaluate the current solutions in the market and identify gaps and define new solutions to address these gaps

- Interact with OEM's and internal stakeholders to develop solutions relevant to the current customer requirements

- Define and develop, install and test Data Security solutions in the internal CoE

- Develop a services layer around the solutions so defined including pricing models

- Evangelize the solution to internal stakeholders like the Sales, pre-sales and delivery team Handhold System

- Integration and Delivery teams during implementation in customer environments

SKILLS:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or related field or equivalent experience/certification

- 10 to 15 years of overall experience with at least 3+ years- experience in Data Security related design and implementation

- Excellent conceptual understanding of Data Security technologies like DLP, DAM, Encryption, Key management, Tokenization, and masking

- Hands-on implementation experience in at least two of the above technologies

- Understanding of Data security solutions in the cloud. Hands-on experience preferred

- Scripting skills and the ability to integrate point solutions in an integrated offering

- Exposure to regulatory requirements like PCI, HIPAA and SOX and their applicability to Data Security

- Understanding of privacy-related regulations like GDPR

- Hands on experience and command line skills on Linux and windows

- Good Project Management Skills

- Ability to handle team sizes up to 10

- Strong understanding of security concepts at all layer

- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
