Brief about the organization : Wipro Enterprises has Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting and Wipro Infrastructure Engineering under its umbrella. Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting is a leading FMCG business in Personal Care (Yardley , Santoor , Chandrika ,Maxkleen, Softouch, Giffy etc.) , Home Care, Lighting & Switches and Office Furniture.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Preparation of portfolio MIS, economic yield, checking adherence to investment policy

2. Monthly closing - Derivatives MTM and charges, Investments and borrowings working

3. Quarterly Closing - Preparation of Portfolio, economic yield, reconciliation of accounting yield, NCD, Mutual funds , Income tax provision, Investment register file. Analysis of Other Income and Valuation of ELD and NCD from 3rd party/rating agency. Support in Quarterly Treasury Report

4. Performance reporting for treasury across yield, capital protection and liquidity to management.

5. Supporting internal requirements (advance tax, accounting, EDPMS) and optimizing tax, accounting, and economic results through cross functional interactions

6. Forex and commodity exposures of WEL to be updated every fortnight

7. To arrange external financing and banking in any entity when required

8. Managing corporate rating of the company / Subsidiaries

9. Automation of Treasury Process

10. Ensuring compliance with policy

11. Joint assessment of new structure feasibility

12. Knowledge of IND AS 109, FEMA guidelines pertaining to ODI

13. 60-70% of the time would be required for Middle office. Rest will be utilized for FP&A role

We are looking for CA with 8+ years of experience

Location - Wipro House , Koramangala , Bengaluru
