1) Demand forecasting under dynamic market conditions - SAP / JDA/ oracle etc working knowledge preferable 2) Aligning the demand to prod plans on a monthly basis&nbsp; 3) Interfacing with factories to ensure plans are met - sound understanding of factory constraints and debottlenecking mechanism 4) Hands on experience of logistics - interface with transporter vendors, contracts making 5) Analytical skills - using data for decision making . No demand will be accurate so sound anticipation skills needed Key soft skills : 1) Self initiative, should be high 2) Willing to stretch beyond given goal 3) IT savvy 4) Interpersonal skills should be high - will interact with SVP and President . 5) 6 day working should be fine with and we work on weekly billing cycles (not monthly) so
