About the Company - Wipro Enterprises has Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting and Wipro Infrastructure Engineering under its umbrella. Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting is a leading FMCG business in Personal Care (Yardley , Santoor , Chandrika ,Maxkleen, Softouch, Giffy etc.) , Home Care, Lighting & Switches and Office Furniture. The company is now also into Foods business and have acquired Nirapara which is a well known FMCG brand in Kerala
Location - Wipro House, Bangalore HQ
Responsibilities:
i. This role is at Wipro Enterprises corporate level therefore the person would assist in the legal work of both consumer division as well as infrastructure engineering division.
ii. Drafting/ vetting of various agreements, letters, notices, replies etc.
iii. Actively work on product declaration laws and artwork approval
iv. Assist senior legal resources in reviewing of large contracts
v. Assist senior legal resource in managing litigations/ meetings with lawyers/ inputs in legal matters etc.
vi. Assist senior legal resources in acquisitions
vii. Research on various propositions of law
viii. Coordinate with authorities/ lawyers/ Policies etc as the case may be.
Experience Required - 2-4 Years
