About the Company - Wipro Enterprises has Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting and Wipro Infrastructure Engineering under its umbrella. Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting is a leading FMCG business in Personal Care (Yardley , Santoor , Chandrika ,Maxkleen, Softouch, Giffy etc.) , Home Care, Lighting & Switches and Office Furniture. The company is now also into Foods business and have acquired Nirapara and Brahmins which is a well known FMCG brands in Kerala

Qualification - MCOM / MBA Finance

Experience - 5 years in Direct Taxation

Location - Bangalore HQ

Key Responsibility :

1) Corporate Taxation:

- Filing of Income Tax returns

- Tax related compliances with respect to foreign payments (withholding taxes)

- Review of foreign taxation compliances prepared by the local team

- Preparations for the preliminary hearing with Assessing Officer during the Assessment proceedings

- Supporting in Direct Tax litigation management

2) Transfer Pricing / International Taxation:

- Preparation of the Transfer Pricing Documentation

- Identifying the transactions and maintaining appropriate documentation

- Attending the hearing with Transfer Pricing Officer during the transfer pricing proceedings

- Checking for applicability of Tax treaties for transactions and maintaining adequate documentation.

3) Accounting:

- Calculating income tax provision, deferred taxes on a quarterly basis

- Calculation of the variance analysis for Quarterly MIS

- Preparation of Tax Note for the Financials

Please note: CA will not be shortlisted for this role

We are working 5.5 Days from office.

Candidate with 1 Month notice period is highly preferred.
