Wipro - Consultant - Solution Design

- Solution Design consultant manages bids, along with solution architect, to ensure timely and appropriate responses in collaboration with service lines. In addition, this role will also be accountable to drive proactive initiatives which should help to create more opportunities.

- Work with the account team and plan for appropriate activities of Demand Generation as well as plan for upcoming Bids.

- Develop an integrated solution design with help of other service lines and delivery COEs.

- Ensure the upcoming trends and technologies are appropriately presented to the clients with the right business cases, references and context.

- Lead the Solution design for key Transformation/Change business Industrial Automation opportunities

- Lead High Impact Solution presentations within key CXOs in the customer organization.

- Navigate within the Customer leadership to seed ideas/gather feedback as well move the opportunity towards our favor.

- Engage with Sales to ensure a solution is aligned to key business objectives.

- Work with the bid teams and solution architects/bid managers, finance and sales and customer for commercial closure.

- Relevant experience as Solutions consultant / Domain Consultant / Business Analyst/ program manager

- Well aware of industry trends and key current solution frameworks.

- Solution Design /Delivery experience in related Transformation projects.

- Ability to engage with customer executives and defend complex solution design at CXO levels.

- Technology Savvy move and understand new technology in a very short time frame.

- Detailed Oriented - Experience of creating detailed technical and architecture artifacts as part of the solution.
