Work Location : Chennai / Mumbai  Domain/Vertical : Robotic Process Automation  Level/Band : Mid - Senior Level Role  Experience : 8 to 13 years of IT experience of which 2 to 3 years in RPA  Educational Qualification : B.E/B.Tech /B.Sc-IT/BCA / MCA (Full Time Graduate)  Skills (Mandatory) :  - Assists with creation of the automation architectures  - Establish coding standard  - Manage a team of developers and ensure their delivery as per plan  - Daily review of development and ensure that development is in progress as per BRD  - Proactive review of infrastructure and ensure 100% compatibility in all three environments (Development, UAT and Production )  - Liaison with client technical team and ensure 100% adherence to data Centre policies  - Coordinate with Product team and ensure timely closure of product issues.  - Work with product team ensure KT on all product upgrade to developers  - Establish governance model with Client IT team  - Identify improvement areas for developers and train them to close the gaps.  Hands-on experience in most of the following areas:  - Windows, mainframe, or browser-based platforms  - Application integration  - Implementation of Agile methodologies or robotics tool-specific methodologies  - Knowledge of relational databases and web services  - Process and tools performance and scalability assessment  - Data and information security  - SQL development or administration  Hands-on experience with one or more of the following robotics automation tools:  - Blue Prism  - Automation Anywhere  - WorkFusion  - Pega Robotics / OpenSpan  - UiPath  - NICE  Job-Specific Competencies:  - Experience in VB scripting & C#  - Good communication skills and commitment for continuous improvement.  - Basics of Database - SQL Server 2005/2008 R2  - Candidate should be comfortable working in shift  - Cloud-based infrastructure setup experience a plus  - Willingness and ability to travel up to 80%- 100% of the time to meet client needs
