Job Title/ Role : Sr. Program Manager

Job Summary : Program manager works on complex software applications delivery for large customers and interacting with CXOs and senior management within Wipro and customer organizations.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- To program manage & deliver multiple large end-to-end engagements simultaneously

- To understand customer landscape, lead all customer discussions and engage backend teams for delivery

- To think strategic and do program planning

- Manage program cost & schedule and ensure profitability

- Push self and cross functional team to deliver large programs

- Demonstrable energy and enthusiasm to lead multiple cross functional teams

- Ability to build long-term relationships both internally with the team and externally with clients and partners

- Ability to assess risks to program & business and come up with mitigation plans.

- Ability to build strong customer relationship and ensure top CSAT scores

- Ability to construct efficient Program Dashboards & Reports for Wipro & customer leadership

Role Demands:

- Analytical thinker with experience deriving business insights via analytics

- Comfortable in working with cross-functional teams

- Experience developing and maintaining management reports in Excel/ PowerPoint/ Word

Experience and skill set required :

- Must have 12+ yrs. work experience related to program management in Technology

- Manage a team of experienced professionals

- Experience in Operations and/or Quality under the business process services industry

- Experience in current technologies in BPS world

- Microsoft Office expertise; knowledge of MS Excel a plus
