Qualifications  1. Experience in the Quality function for Healthcare / BFSI / FAO domains  2. Certified Black Belt   3. Exposure to Quality Management Standards e.g. ISO 9001:2000, COPC etc.   Role Brief:   1. Single point of contact for Quality Support of Client Account(s)   2. Ensuring Implementation of Quality Standards in the Account   3. Providing High Quality Business analytics support to Management team   4. Identifying improvement opportunities along with the respective SDLs and Process Head and facilitating launch of projects around these opportunities   5. Leading high impact Six Sigma and Lean projects   6. Mentoring Green Belts   Other Responsibilities:   1. Updates themselves regularly with Company policies on Information Security Management System.   2. Ensure subordinates are aware of Company policies, in particular those on Information Security.   3. Ensure adherence to legal & regulatory requirements as applicable to the nature of work.   4. Ensure Process adheres to legal & regulatory requirements as applicable to the nature of work.   5. Ensure adherence to the Contractual Requirements of the Process/Function.   6. Encourage all subordinates to Report Security Incidents.   7. Ensure Compliance and Security Trainings for subordinates are conducted periodically.   8. Cooperate with Compliance and Security officers with Security Investigations.   9. Monitor Compliance adherence and ensure a monthly review of status.   10. Facilitate Regular Audits to detect any compliance or contractual breaches and encourage continuous improvements.   11. Ensure Risk assessment is conducted for the process at the start of Operations and on any major change taking place.   12. Review Risk Assessment document and implement mitigations strategies.
