Role-Manager - FP&A Location- Pune &amp; Chennai Education- Graduate/ Post Graduate Shifts-UK, US ( comfortable to work in both Shifts) PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Budgeting and Forecasting - Variance analysis - Budget / Forecast vs Actual - Adhoc/nonstandard analysis and reporting urgent request of financial information. - Liaison with Customer for finalizing budget, financial/management reporting - SLA and Governance - Business solution - Travel (India and Overseas) for process study and solution presentation CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED - 5-6 years of experience working in FP&amp;A processes, such as Budgeting and Forecasting, Management Reporting, Flash Reports, Financial Reporting for global clients - 2-3 years of working with controllers and or CFO - 1 to 2 years of experience in BPO industry - Exposure to ERP and other technology solution, such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edward, Anaplan, TM1, Adaptive, Power BI, Tableau, etc. - MBA Finance / CA / Inter CA - Financial data analytic - Client management - Communication in English - Interpersonal - Presentation
