Role- AVP Process Transformation Consultant We are looking for leaders with deep domain experience who can start conversations with C-Suite executives and explain what is possible in operational transformation. She / He should create and socialize a detailed transformation road map considering the realities of the organization and the market forces. She / He should build a strong Finance and Accounts transformation consulting practice. Client facing responsibilities include: - Responsible for proposing, selling and delivering digital transformation of Finance & Accounts Services directed towards improved customer experience, cost reduction, faster time-to-value or better regulatory compliance - Collaborate with design, technical architects, data science experts and create compelling digital transformation solution by blending design thinking and transformative technologies like AI, Robotics, Blockchain, IoT and Fintech Qualification - - 8+ years of experience in Finance and Accounts Services (R2R, O2R, P2P, working capital, cashflows and similar) of which 4+ years of excellent consulting experience in digital transformation with good knowledge of regulatory adhereances at global level - Ability to blend design thinking and transformative technologies like AI, Robotics and Blockchain. - MBA Finance/CA from a premier institute would be preferred - Excellent communication skills, presentable and client facing abilities
