Role Name : Business Transformation Architect- MDPS Job Location : Pune Experience and skillset : - MBA from a premier institute would be preferred - Specialization in Medical Devices/ Pharma/ Professional Services or an equivalent educational qualification from a recognized university/institute - At least 3-4 years of delivery experience in healthcare operations handling demonstrable productivity leveraging technology transformation - Current experience in Transformation Pre Sales and Solution building leveraging Robotics, Cognitive, AI and other new age technologies Job description : - Responsible for managing Pre Sales for Medical Devices, Pharma & Services accounts. - Understanding of business processes to determine problem statements in above domains. Closely work with functional and domain experts and translate how technology can solve a business problem - Develop relationships with multiple stake holders (Below list is not exhaustive)- - Functional team to understand the business needs - Technology teams to convert them into technology solutions - Sales and Pre Sales team acting as the engine enabling sales - He/she works as an individual contributor with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and is able to respond to RFI/RFP and defend /present solutions with Client while working closely with the onsite Sales teams. - You will be responsible to enable Sales and lead customer presentations focused on Technologies including: BPM Engine, Robotics Process Automation, Cognitive Intelligence, Analytics Engine & other BPaas Platform
