Role: Innovation Leader

Position Summary : This person will report to the Head, Enterprise Operations Transformation, and is responsible for defining new services strategy and roadmap for strategic initiatives. This includes working with the larger Wipro ecosystem and envisaging new service offerings, be responsible for launching new products/services and creating a strong pipeline of projects for the same. This position requires the ability to work collaboratively with other departments. A component of this job will be focused on innovating new products/services within the technological sphere of new age trends and driving for execution through the stage gate process working with the development team.

We are looking for free style, technologist with open mind with strong BPS background, understanding of few domains, SME in some of the domains especially Banking, Financial services with broad knowledge in the following emerging tech trends:

1) Automation (RPA, MI, AI and cognitive is a plus)

2) Crypto currency (Concepts, breadth knowledge of use cases, should have worked on few POCs atleast.)

3) Internet of things ( Application of IOT on BPS)

4) Conceptualizing new solutions, Ideas leading to Product prospects

5) Very futuristic - having a start-up passion and hard core technologist with prior experience in BPS industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contributes to the delivery of change incubation, anticipating organisational needs and developing implementation plans

- Liaises with heads of key Support Teams to understand pressures of demand and problem areas for developing new solutions

- Manages relationships with external contractors and consulting project resources as necessary.

- Define the product/service strategy and roadmap, including input into the budget

- Manage end-to-end life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities

- Work closely with sales reps to drive new business opportunities

- Be an expert with respect to the competition

- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product/service

- Set pricing with pricing group to meet revenue and profitability goals

- Deliver a monthly revenue forecast across entire product line

- Develop sales tools and collateral including sample kits

- Propose an overall budget to ensure success

- Identify new opportunities within existing category to grow market

- Act as a leader within the company and own the P&L

Key Requirements:

- Atleast 12-15 years of experience in evangelising, innovation, setting up new lines of businesses in technology environment preferred

- Ability to conceptualise and out-of-the-box thinker

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Travel readiness and exposure to international locations

- Ability to act as a project "driver", facilitating the achievement of required tasks

- Ability to work effectively within a team

- Coaching, leading and motivating skills

- Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work under pressure

- Innovative and creative
